Terms and Conditions

Novalink lets you build, run, and publish AI agent workflows in a visual editor. The service is under active development: features may change or be removed, data formats may break, and there may be downtime or data loss. Do not rely on it for anything critical.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Novalink.
• Give accurate account details and keep your password and linked Google account secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You own the workflows, prompts, and data you put into Novalink. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

Workflows call services you connect, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or any URL in an HTTP Request node. You are responsible for:

• having the right to use every key and service you connect;
• all charges those providers bill to your keys, including runs that loop or fail;
• following those providers' terms and usage policies.

Agent nodes and the workflow assistant produce output from AI models. That output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review generated workflows and agent results before you act on them, and do not use them as a substitute for professional advice.

You agree not to use Novalink to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam, malware, or harmful content, or harass anyone;
• probe, scan, or attack systems you do not own, including through HTTP Request nodes;
• get around rate limits, security controls, or the private network block;
• overload the service or resell it without our written permission.

We may suspend workflows or accounts that break these rules.

You can stop using Novalink at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@novalink.live. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that runs will produce correct results.

To the extent the law allows, Novalink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or charges from third-party providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and the service is currently free.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Novalink after that means you accept the new terms.
